How to share roadmap feedback

If you have accepted to use functional cookies and logged in using your Unity ID at the top right of the page, then sharing feedback is as simple as clicking a card below, selecting a topic’s importance, adding your point of view, and submitting. If you prefer not to accept functional cookies or log in, you will be prompted to enter an email address and validate it, so we know how to reach out when the topic evolves. For more information read the Feedback and privacy terms.

We wanted to increase your visibility on the packages that may be completely or partially deprecated. Whether to keep using or simply removing them within your projects, the choice is yours! At least now, it's known.

  • At project start, a new pop-window will warn if the project contains deprecated package(s) with multiple Call-To-Actions butting including Open Package Manager, Dismiss Forever or Dismiss for now.
  • Within Package Manager's package list, any deprecated versions or and complete deprecated packages will be identified through new coloured icons.
  • By hovering on the icons, a tooltip will concisely explain the warnings and changes.
  • Thorough explanation and indications are available within the package detail panel.
Help us deliver the deliver that matter to you. Let us know how important is this for you.
