Summary

We are removing the need to manage separate Universal Render Pipeline (URP) and Universal Renderer Data (including embedded Renderer Features) assets by merging them into a single URP asset for pipeline configuration.

Intended Outcome/Use Case

URP currently provides separate Pipeline, Renderer data, and Renderer Features asset types for configuring a pipeline. By combining and centralizing these assets into a single URP asset type, we intend to reduce the complexity of pipeline configuration and management of settings fragmented in multiple locations. You can still manage multiple renderer and renderer features compositions by creating and managing multiple URP Assets.
