The Skills Development Program (formerly referred to as Centers of Excellence) is an initiative designed to equip participating organizations with cutting-edge Real-Time 3D skills, fostering economic growth, job creation, and innovation across industries. This program serves as a strategic platform to empower talent, accelerate workforce readiness, and enable businesses to adopt Unity’s technology effectively.

Unity’s Skills Development Program in partnership with Google Play has empowered 1000 (and counting!) aspiring developers across Indonesia with game industry-aligned training and certification. In year two, 65% of participants achieved Unity Certified Associate status - an exceptional outcome for a program of this rigor.
