How to share roadmap feedback

So far, encoding for audio video has been reserved to editor workflows only, such as with the Unity Recorder. The encoding technology could be made available at runtime as well by augmenting the media framework so that it would not only allow decoding on all platforms, but also encoding. This could allow in-game recording, and pave the way for in-game live broadcast.
