Summary

High Dynamic Range (HDR) displays are display devices capable of reproducing images in the higher range of difference in luminance closer to natural lighting conditions. HDR output allows for better preservation of the contrast and quality of the linear lighting renders and HDR images displayed on these devices. This feature is now supported on PC, Consoles & Mobile.

Intended Outcome/Use Case

With this feature available, you can turn on the option to take advantage of better quality image render outputs from URP on HDR displays. As a result, you can present final images with colors and contrasts that mimic natural lighting conditions better on these devices.
