The Raytracing API is currently supported when targeting Windows/DirectX12, Xbox Series and PS5 - in order to enable a range of HDRP effects such as raytraced reflections, shadows and global illumination.

In order to increase the range of supported platforms, we will explore introducing Metal support for the Raytracing API and HDRP Raytracing effects, when targeting macOS and iOS platforms.
