The “2025 Unity Impact Report” presents Unity’s corporate sustainability performance and outlines areas of progress and opportunities in building more responsible business operations. Unity publishes sustainability performance data on an annual basis. All financial figures are reported in U.S. dollars ($), unless otherwise stated. The data within this report reflects the period from January 1 through December 31, 2025, unless otherwise indicated. The reporting boundary includes all global operations under the direct operational control of the parent company, Unity Software Inc.
This report has been prepared with reference to sustainability disclosure frameworks and standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Software and IT Services sector standard, the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The content of this report is also informed by an ongoing review of methodologies used by sustainability rating and ranking organizations.
Where necessary, previously reported information may be restated to reflect improvements in data quality, updates to methodologies, expanded reporting scope, or alignment with evolving reporting frameworks. Any restatements and their implications are disclosed in the relevant sections of the report.
