RTAS Build Commands in Async Compute

The following commands are used in order to build the Ray Tracing Acceleration Structure on the GPU, after adding all the necessary mesh instances:
As of Unity 2023.2, command buffers that include RTAS build commands can now be submitted to the asynchronous compute queue:
This allows building the RTAS in the asynchronous compute queue, in order further improve GPU parallelization and performance.
