The opportunity

Unity (NYSE: U) empowers creators to build and grow successful games. Over 70% of mobile games are made with the Unity Engine. Our Grow organization enables developers to transform their games into thriving businesses.

We’re looking for a seasoned product leader to head our Advertiser Performance product group. In this high-impact role, you’ll own a suite of solutions that help advertisers acquire users and scale effectively. You’ll lead a significant business area, driving outcomes that directly influence Unity’s top and bottom line.

You’ll define the long-term vision and strategy for multiple product lines, set ambitious objectives, and deliver high-impact changes. This is a critical leadership role: you’ll manage a team of product managers and designers, oversee our end-to-end advertiser solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Define the vision and product strategy for the Advertiser Performance group.
  • Set, track, and deliver against product and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists to build impactful advertiser solutions.
  • Engage with leadership and stakeholders from the Revenue organization.
  • Work directly with customers to gather feedback, understand market needs, and champion our products.
  • Deliver high-quality products that help our customers grow their businesses.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years leading product teams.
  • Experience in large-scale companies (500+ employees) and in navigating organizational complexity to deliver results.
  • Proven experience building and scaling high-traffic or data-intensive online products (billions of daily requests).
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency: ability to interpret test results, form hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing commercially viable products to market.
  • A track record of strong collaboration with business teams—co-creating strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, and motivating stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

You might also have

  • Experience in the online advertising or ad tech industry.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with data scientists or ML engineers on large-scale machine learning systems.
